Are the cancellation conditions flexible?

In case of cancellation of your rental, cancellation fees will be applied according to the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation occurs 90 days or more before the initial embarkation date, fees equivalent to 25% of the cruise amount will be retained.

  • If the cancellation occurs between 89 and 60 days before the initial embarkation date, fees equivalent to 50% of the cruise amount will be retained.

  • If the cancellation occurs between 59 and 30 days before the initial embarkation date, fees equivalent to 75% of the cruise amount will be retained.

  • If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the initial embarkation date, fees equivalent to 100% of the cruise amount will be retained.
